How does the complaints channel work?

Any act contrary to our Code of Ethics, which violates the policies we define, or that affects any of the people who are related to ARAUCO, deserves attention and should be reported in due course to the ARAUCO Complaints Channel.

The Complaints Channel is operated by Deloitte, a serious and independent company, responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your information, ensuring that there is no registration of the IPs of computers that are used to make a complaint over the Internet.
